    • Do I Need to Bring Towels, Linens, etc

      No.  Every Property not ony provides your linens, but all are new , premium linens for added comforts

    • What about Shampoos, Soaps, etc?

      Each property is equipped with Organic Soap, Confitioners, and Shampoo.  People rave about our choice, but if you want to bring your own, fee free of course.

    • What Time is Check In Check Out

      Check In is at 4pm, and Check Out is 11am.  If you need more time, just ask.  I do try really hard to accomodate when I can.  Just dont be upset if in times when I can not.. I will always try

    • Are Pet's Allowed?

      Our Suites in the Country Inn do not allow pets.  Not my rule, but the property.  But does help allergies for sensitive guests.  If you have a pet, I do allow them at Moutainside, but there is an added charge, as we have to do extra cleaning to make sure future guests who may be sensitive with allergies have the best stay as well.

    • Can all properties use the amenities on Site?

      YES.  They are for all guests at Jiminy Peak, regardless where you are staying.  

    • How do I access my suite?

      All our suites are equipped with door keypads, so you don't have to go to a front desk to check in , or worry when you arrive.  Likewise, no need to carry a key.  A code is created for you prior to your stay and you will receive that code 5 days before checkin for access.

    • Should I book directly at Jiminy or on Booking Sites?

      You can book anywhere you like.   But by booking here, you will save money on booking channel fees, and unlike Jiminy, you can pick the exact unit you will stay in.  We never bait and switch!

    • Is there any place nearby if I forget something?

      Of course.  Target , Walmart, Stop Shop, etc are nearby. But right on site is the Country Store.  Reasonably Priced, they have way more than essentials, but have those too.  You will definitely visit them often - and love it!

    • Are Your Suites really this awesome?

      Yes.  Simply, Yes.  This is a labor of love by Howard and his family, and the reviews show it.  Pictures never do any justice, and honestly don't think there is any better way to experience Jiminy than a super comfortable Jiminyrentals Suite.

    • What is your cancellation policy?

      We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while also protecting the availability of our unique condo accommodations.


      Refund Schedule


      Full Refund (100%)

      Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date.


      Partial Refund (50%)

      Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, but less than 30 days.


      No Refund

      Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date.


      Why This Policy Exists


      When a reservation is confirmed, your dates are immediately removed from availability and blocked exclusively for you. Unlike traditional hotels with large inventories, our condo is a single, high-demand unit. Once reserved, it cannot be offered to other guests.


      As the check-in date approaches, the likelihood of re-renting the condo on short notice drops significantly. Last-minute cancellations often leave the unit vacant, resulting in unrecoverable vacancies and losses. This policy allows us to continue offering a well-maintained, high-quality experience while still providing flexibility for guests who need to cancel with reasonable notice. If you DO have to cancel within this frame, please contact us, and we can try after cancellation to re-rent the place, recovering some value if a last minute renter takes the occupancy.


      We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to consider travel insurance for additional peace of mind.


      Please note. ANY prepaid cancellation will be assessed the credit card fee of 3% on the initial charge and 3% on the refund. This goes directly to the credit card company unfortunately. If this policy is unacceptable, you may cancel your reservation same day without penalty.
